About Caribou Creek

We are located at the intersection of White Lake and Cuthbert Roads.  While we are zoned for Holly Area Schools, many of our residents take advantage of schools of choice programs to attend local area schools. 

When our neighborhood was designed in 2002 , the emphasis was palced on large lots to take advantage of the natural slope and hills.  Most of our sixty-nine (69) lots are either daylight or walk-out.  The lot sizes are designed around 3/4 of an acre.  A moving stream surrounded by woods flows through the center of the association before it meets the headwaters of the Huron River. 

Our eastern border is shared with Pontiac Lake State Recreation Area.  A state game area that is over 3700 acres in size.  To our north is Indian Springs Metropark which holds another 2500 acres between the golf course, nature trails, and Environmental Discovery Center.
