Local School Options

Your property tax dollars are directed to fund Holly Area Schools.  While it has a huge land area, the population is smaller and the staff and administration of HAS is focused on developing outstanding students and individuals.  

Rose Pioneer Elementary is a short drive to the northwest and the Middle and High schools are both centrally located in the district.  All three schools are high quality and provide top notch opportunities for our children.

Just to the south of our community is Huron Valley Schools.  Several of our co-owners work for the district and while it is larger than Holly Area Schools, they are a school of choice option. 

Bordering HVS is the Walled Lake Consolidated School District.  Again, several of our co-owners work in this large district (3 high schools, 4 middle, 12 elementary) and they accept school of choice also 

Just to the east of us is Waterford Schools.  Like the other options, co-owners work in this district and they are also a school of choice option 

There are several private schools in the area that offer tuition based schooling for those families that want to pursue that option. 

While we are also close to Clarkston Schools, they are not a school of choice option
